Scope of work

What we install

We take the underground scope off the electrical contractor's plate on large commercial and industrial projects. Our crews dig it, set it, pour it, and backfill it so your wiremen can stay focused on pulling wire and building out the job.

How we work

From bid set to backfill

A straight path from your drawings to an inspected, as-built installation.

STEP 1

Takeoff & bid

Send your plans. We return a clear, itemized number with inclusions and exclusions spelled out.

STEP 2

Layout & locates

We call in locates, confirm elevations, and coordinate the trench with site and building trades.

STEP 3

Install & inspect

Crews set conduit, pour encasement, and stay on site for inspections so nothing gets buried twice.

STEP 4

As-builts

You get documented as-built locations and depths when we hand the scope over.

Who we work for

Built for the people who own the power scope

Underground is our core work. We price it, schedule it, and document it the way the people above us in the contract need it.

Primary client

Electrical contractors

We sub the underground portion of your package so your crews stay in the building. We follow your conduit schedule, coordinate with the serving utility, and hand you mandreled, pull-string-ready runs.

Owners

Developers

Site power, lighting, and telecom infrastructure installed to spec and documented with as-builts, so your tenants and future expansions know exactly what's in the ground.

Site & building

General contractors

One accountable crew for underground utilities that mobilizes when the pad is ready and works around grading, paving, and other trades.
